Our choir’s first ever recording, their version of Jess Glynne’s ‘Hold my Hand’ – a song they felt encapsulated the support they offer each other during choir practice.
The CfAS Choir started in 2017 and has gone from strength to strength, growing in members; all of whom are either adopted, have adopted siblings or have parents in the profession. The children get together for a fun singing session, build their confidence and make new friends.
This group is not only fun for the children but provides an emotional release for them, as it develops their sense of security and provides a way to express their feelings. Through singing in parts, the children learn to be independent whilst also learning to respond to others musically. They take pride in their group accomplishments together and form lasting relationships with the other children.
Our choir master Rosie Shields has won a coveted award for her recent performance as the Witch in ‘Into the Woods’ performed at The Brindley Theatre, Runcorn. She shares her vocal training and talents with the children. For more information about the Choir, click here.

A big thank you to the volunteers who assist with our choir and helped with the recording of this song.
We are always looking for sponsorship for our choir, we would love to be able to take them to a professional recording studio or purchase further equipment. If you feel you can help in anyway, please contact us on Tel: 01925 534 118 or email: firstname.lastname@example.org
